May 3, 2011: It’s been a while since my life-changing 31-day journey. Until recently, I still wasn’t sure I made the right choice to take the trip at all. It was long, exhausting, expensive and emotionally draining. But today, in retrospect, I’m happy I did it. I used the film’s trailer to land an on-air job at the NBC station in Atlanta. And now that the movie is available on Hulu and Netflix, I’m getting emails from people all over the world who feel inspired by its message to face your fear and pursue your dreams. And after all, isn’t that what life is all about? john@famousin31days.com
